1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website Oserene (https://oserene.com), independently of any purchase, which is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale. By browsing the site, the visitor accepts these terms in full. Oserene may update these terms at any time; the applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of the visit.

2. Access to the site

Oserene makes reasonable efforts to keep the site accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond Oserene's control (see section 8, force majeure). Oserene may suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the site at any time without notice or liability, subject to applicable law.

Oserene may deny access to the site, without notice, to any visitor who breaches these terms.

Where the site collects information (newsletter, chat, order tracking), the visitor undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Oserene may refuse, suspend or terminate access to any feature in case of inaccurate, fraudulent or abusive use.

All elements of the site (text, images, logos, graphic design, source code, product names, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Oserene or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Oserene does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or practices of these third-party sites, and including a link does not imply endorsement. Product photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith but are not contractual; the visitor is invited to refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale for information governing an actual purchase.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. Force majeure

Oserene is not liable for any failure or delay in the availability of the site resulting from an event of force majeure, as described in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The use of personal information collected through the site (including cookies) is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. These terms, together with the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between the visitor and Oserene regarding the use of the site.

11. Governing law and contact
