Shipping

• We ship to Canada, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) by default, or automatically converted to Canadian dollars (CAD) / euros (EUR) / pounds sterling (GBP) depending on the currency selected on the site; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment, with no other fees added.
• Free tracked shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase.
• Indicative time: 5 to 7 days after order confirmation.
• Tracking number emailed as soon as the parcel ships (within 48 business hours).
• Customs duties or import charges, if any, are borne by the customer.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind. Write to hello@oserene.com with your order number: we tell you what to do and refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.

Products must be returned complete, in good condition, in their original packaging.

Damaged parcel or defective product

Send us a photo within 48 hours of receipt: we send a new product or refund you in full, return costs at our expense.
