Shipping

• We ship to Canada and the United States. Prices are in US dollars (USD); taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Free tracked shipping from $75, otherwise $7.90.
• Indicative time: 7 to 12 business days after order confirmation.
• Tracking number emailed as soon as the parcel ships (within 48 business hours).
• Customs duties, if any, are borne by the customer.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind. Write to bonjour@oserene.com with your order number: we tell you what to do and refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.

Products must be returned complete, in good condition, in their original packaging.

Damaged parcel or defective product

Send us a photo within 48 hours of receipt: we send a new product or refund you in full, return costs at our expense.
